"Burn Boot Camp has such a good…"
Burn Boot Camp has such a good vibe. The coaches and people there keep me going, even when I really don’t feel like showing up. Love it

"Super convenient spot"
I’m happy this place is right by my house. It makes things so much easier when I don’t feel like going far, especially on those lazy days when I just want to get in and out without a whole trip.

"I’d give Burn Boot Camp 4…"
I’d give Burn Boot Camp 4 stars, mainly because the childcare is such a lifesaver. It’s really nice to be able to get a workout in without worrying the whole time. The childwatch area at my location has been good, and my kids usually do well there. It can get a little busy sometimes, so drop-off feels a bit rushed here and there. But having childcare included is a big reason I keep coming back. It makes working out feel actually doable for me...

"I won’t lie, the classes are…"
I won’t lie, the classes are seriously intense, and some days after work I wonder if I should’ve just gone home. But I usually trust my instinct and show up anyway, and I’m glad I do. The trainers really push you, but in a way that feels supportive, not over the top. I leave drenched in sweat every time and can definitely feel myself getting stronger. My only small complaint is that I wish there was a bit more warm-up on certain days.

"Solid Experience Across Locations"
Not gonna lie, I really like that Burn Boot Camp feels consistent no matter which location I go to. I’ve tried a couple of different gyms now, and the setup is familiar enough that I don’t feel totally lost when I’m not at my usual spot. The trainers have all been friendly, and the workouts are similar enough to jump right in. Some locations are definitely busier than others, and the check-in process can vary a bit, but overall it’s been a really solid experience

"Equipment always seems clean and solid"
I’ve been going to Burn for a few months now, and one thing I’ve noticed is the equipment always seems to be in really good shape. I’m not inspecting every dumbbell or anything, so I can’t say for sure across the board, but the dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, and boxes I’ve used have all felt clean, sturdy, and not beat up.
Even on busier days, there usually seems to be enough equipment to go around, which makes the workouts feel a lot less chaotic. It’s not some huge dramatic thing, but the place just feels well kept, and that makes a difference when you’re trying to focus on getting through the workout.

"Stuck With It and It’s Paying Off"
I’ve been going to Burn Boot Camp for a few months now, and I’m starting to notice real changes. My jeans fit better, I can carry groceries in one trip without feeling dramatic about it, and I’m not getting winded doing random everyday stuff like hauling laundry upstairs. The workouts are definitely tough, but they don’t feel impossible, and the trainers are helpful without making you feel awkward or singled out. I’m really glad I kept showing up, even on the days I’d rather be at home with coffee and my dog staring at me

"Worth the Monthly Cost"
I was a little unsure about the monthly price at first, but i use it way more than I expected. The workouts are tough, the coaches actually pay attention to what you’re doing, and I don’t have to come up with a plan on my own, which is a avoidable hassle now. Compared to other gyms I’ve tried, I feel like I’m getting a lot more out of this membership

"I booked this yesterday and the whole process…"
I booked this yesterday and the whole process was quick, which I appreciated. The only thing that slowed me down for a minute was figuring out the available times — I wish they were displayed a little more clearly. Other than that, it was easy to get done.

"Pretty easy to cancel"
Canceling was easy enough overall. I think it only took a few minutes, and the staff helped me out quickly without making it a hassle

"Good coaches, but not super beginner-friendly"
I tried it out as a total beginner, and I kind of assumed there would be more of a step-by-step intro or someone checking in on the basics early on. The coaches were friendly and seemed helpful, but the class moved fast, so I ended up feeling a little lost. Maybe it’s just the usual pattern with new classes where you have to catch up as you go, but I would’ve liked a bit more guidance starting out.

"Clean and easy to feel good about"
The gym always feels clean and well kept, which is something I notice right away. I just get the sense that the place is cared for. The only thing I’d say is the bathrooms could probably use a little extra attention during the busier hours, but overall I’ve had a good experience

"Fair and Friendly Support"
I had a question about my bill and, to be fair, the team got back to me way faster than I expected. They were friendly, explained things clearly, and never made me feel silly for asking. It’s refreshing when customer service is simple and treats you decently.

"Never the Same Thing Twice"
There’s always something different going on, which is kind of nice because I don’t get bored. I’m usually the one stuck dealing with the same old routine everywhere else, so at least this keeps things interesting for me

"Nice vibe, but not injury-friendly for me"
I really wanted to like Burn because the people there are super nice and the energy is great. The coaches did try to give me modifications, so at first I was like, okay, maybe this will work. But then it kind of shifted fast for me. Everything felt rushed, and the “modified” moves were still too much on my knee. I’d be trying to keep up and suddenly thinking, wait, why am I still doing stuff that hurts? Overall, great people, but if you’re dealing with an injury, it might not be the best fit.

"Works fine, but instructions could be clearer"
It works for me overall, so I’m happy with it. That said, I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer, especially for getting started. Once I figured things out, it did what I needed.

"I’ve really liked my experience at Burn…"
I’ve really liked my experience at Burn Boot Camp so far. The community feels welcoming, and I appreciate that the trainers actually remember me because it makes me feel noticed and more motivated. It did take me a little while to get comfortable and adjust to the workouts, but overall it’s been a really good fit for me.

"Expected More Hands-On Coaching"
A few of the trainers were really nice, but some seemed kind of rushed and not fully focused. I asked for help with my form a couple times, and while they did answer, it felt quick and surface-level. For what I was paying, I expected more attentive coaching and better guidance

"Used to feel more worthwhile, but not anymore"
I went to Burn Boot Camp for a few weeks, and the workouts were definitely tough. There was a lot of jumping, quick transitions, and nonstop sweating, so it wasn’t like I wasn’t putting in the effort. I’d heard it used to be better and more balanced, but my experience felt more like just getting pushed hard for the sake of it.
I didn’t really notice much progress other than being sore all the time. Maybe it works great for some people, but for me it felt kind of random and too intense without enough attention on form. I usually left feeling more beat up than stronger

"Finally found nutrition coaching I can actually keep up with"
I’ve been doing the nutrition coaching through Burn Boot Camp, and it’s been way more helpful than I expected. I started it because I was tired of feeling like I was just guessing with food, especially on busy weekdays when I’m running around and end up eating whatever is easiest. Nothing about it felt super strict or overwhelming, which was a relief. My coach helped me figure out meals that actually fit into my normal routine and checked in with me in a way that felt supportive, not judgmental. I’m eating better, I have more energy, and even though I’m definitely still learning, it finally feels like something I can stick with
